100 night Trial

We're confident you’ll feel the difference with your Loom & Needles mattress after one night. But just in case, we’ve given you a few more nights to sleep on it. 100 nights in total, in your own home.

• Simply make an order. Your trial starts when your mattress arrives - even if you’ve asked for a delayed delivery.
• 100 nights Trial is applicable only on standard size mattresses and not available on custom size mattresses.
• 100 nights Trial is applicable only on 4,5,6 & 8 inches thickness. 10,12 & 14 inches thickness mattresses are not covered.
• We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.
• In case any freebies are provided with order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
• There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.
• Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7 days of raising a return request.Once your return is picked up, we will immediately process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
• This policy is limited to one mattress return per household per year.
• If there are any cancellations or size changes after dispatch of the order, a fee for logistics will be charged to the customer depending on the product and case at hand.
• Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect size ordered. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order.

We will send you fresh packing and you simply need to zip pack and we will have the same picked up.

Our trial is like our mattress: designed for everyone. When you order, we will take or arrange payment through the method you choose. In the unlikely event that you choose to request a return, you’ll be fully refunded.
Refunds are processed when the mattress is back with us, via the original payment method.
